I am a Chartered Accountant and Director at PwC South Africa, where I've been for 13+ years, with 10+ years' post apprenticeship experience in financial & business due diligence. I joined the PwC Deal Advisory team in January 2015 after completing my 3 year Chartered Accountancy Apprenticeship in PwC's Financial Services, Insurance and Investment Management Division.

I specialise in leading financial due diligence investigations for corporate and private equity clients across multiple industry sectors, with a specific focus on the insurance sector. I have experience across a wide range of sectors (including FS insurance, retail, automotive, manufacturing, telecommunications, logistics and waste management etc.) and have travelled to and worked on projects in several countries around the globe.

I frequently lead large & complex multi-workstream (financial, tax, actuarial, human capital, IT, commercial and integration workstreams) cross-border due diligence investigations, a highlight being the due diligence for a major insurer on the 2 billion Euro merger of their Pan-African insurance operations with those of a German global insurance giant in 2022. I've gained extensive exposure working closely with large listed corporates, SME's and regularly work with private equity players.

I have a love for all things automotive and the outdoors. I've travelled extensively, both for work and as a personal hobby, the highlight being a 4 month backpacking expedition across South America in 2019.

I love people and to experience different cultures and I'm not afraid of challenges or being pushed out of my comfort zone. I'm based in Johannesburg, South Africa.
