Description:
- Manager of an Engineering firmware team (both remote -Xi'an, China- and local -Belluno, Italy-), dedicated to the development of HVACR applications on programmable controllers. PLC programming language: ISaGRAF; UI programming language: company tool. Interface between local product managers and remote firmware team.
- Participation in global projects (Belluno, Italy - Kennesaw, USA - Xi'an, China).
- Substitute for Academy members as teacher of programmable controller programming courses, to customers and colleagues, worldwide.
- Technical and engineering support during field installation of programmable controllers, worldwide.
- Engineering support during testing of particular algorithms in the Helix Innovation Center (Dayton, OH).
- Project Manager for programmable controller projects, using the NPD process (pioneer in this sense: programmable controller projects were the first to follow the NPD process, for the Belluno site).

Role: Senior Manager Electronic Solutions
Description:
- Manager of the Engineering team (hardware, mechanical and firmware) for all those HVACR projects that look at customer needs. The projects include developments on programmable and parametric controllers, and on supervisory systems. While the strategic Engineering team is focused on innovative and long-term programs, the customer-oriented team is focused on providing customers with a quality product in a short time. The team is partly local (Belluno, Italy) and partly remote (Cluj, Romania - Xi’an, China).
- Strong collaboration and cooperation with customer-oriented teams in Xi’an, China, and Kennesaw, USA.
- Use and improvement of the NPD process (process now extended to all project types, no longer limited to the programmable controller).

Role: Senior Manager Engineering
Description:
- Manager of the Engineering firmware team (programmable and parametric controllers, and supervisory systems) for all HVACR projects (not only customer focused, but also strategic company projects). The team is partly local (Belluno, Italy) and partly remote (Cluj, Romania - Xi’an, China).
- Strong collaboration and cooperation with other Engineering sites for mutual exchange and growth, especially with Aachen, Germany, and Kennesaw, USA.

Role: Sr. Project Manager – Engineering Systems & Processes
Description:
- Responsible for driving continuous improvement of the global Engineering systems and processes.
- Project Manager of the implementation of the global Product Life Cycle Management system, Teamcenter, across the business, to ensure coordination across Engineering and all relevant functions (IT, Product Management, Operation, Quality and Copeland Engineering Systems group).
- Development of a global NPD process, starting from the existing local one and from the one used by other groups.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for the NPD process implementation and for the continuous improvement of the process itself (including improving process documentation and material).
- Key contact point for NPD-process related questions.

Role: Sr. Project Manager – Engineering Systems & Processes
Description:
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for the NPD process implementation and for the continuous improvement of the process itself (including improving process documentation and material).
- Key contact point for NPD-process related questions.
- Responsible for the Product Environmental Compliance for Europe: customer requests and NPD requests on REACH, RoHS, EU Pops, Conflict Minerals, Proposition 65, SCIP, PFAS, TSCA ….
- Collaboration with the US team to analyze and study current and future Product Environmental and Sustainability regulations (Product Environmental Compliance, Extended Producer Responsibility and Eco-design for Sustainable Products Regulation), process and decision tree definition, process implementation, information sharing with business teams, all to be compliant and meet regulatory deadlines.
