Since then experienced a countless situations either with a lot of direct clients in my early years as a representative or later when based in office with many B2B partners as a destination manager. - Responsibility for company specific travel products/projects - travel destinations of Cyprus and Zanzibar.
- Managing a complete product (holiday packages designed especially for families with children) with a full control over a reservation system (planning a whole operated season, setting all travel and accommodation capacities in the system, collecting all related costs, constant optimization to achieve the best results, creating all necessary reports for the further analysis).
- Sales guidance and controlling (communication within headquarters, support for call centre and branch office associates, cooperations with all contracted travel agents)
- Constant cooperation with all headquarters departments (product, sales, customer care, financial, marketing and legal).
- Cooperation with all domestic and international partners (travel agents, flight and transfer companies, insurance companies, single hotels or hotel chains, partner tour companies in destinations).
- Creating and distribution of all kinds related documents (flight, transfer and rooming lists, invoices, reports), dealing with various ad hoc situations associated with flights, transfers and hotel services.
- Leading small teams of company representatives, tour guides and hotel animators allocated directly in each destination.
- Responsibility for a destination economic results (rates negotiating, proper costs setup in the reservation system, invoice and payments controlling) .
- Special care for VIP or corporate clients (individual or group price offers, special services).
