  • Expertise applied: Leveraged 15 years in pricing across three IT multinationals to discuss pricing trends, including AI's role in pricing and necessary data inputs for Pricing AI agents in the future.
  • Pricing model recommendation: Proposed a simplified, predictable SaaS model charging per price adjustment (1 part number = 1 adjustment). This replaced a complex revenue-impact percentage model with annual billing, avoiding contentious revenue attribution discussions and aligning with modern AI Agent trends. The new "pay-as-you-go" model also improves cash flow. Revenue impact % model is typical for services- big consulting or IT outsourcing companies who also have sufficient resources for its execution
