Delivered two cloud projects successfully that were funded by Microsoft and Amazon to accelerate Cloud solutions for an end customer.

• Delivered on time, 18 months for the Microsoft project and 12 months for the AWS project
• Developed a innovative proof of concept for AWS based micro services testing using containers to reduce their release cycle of their common services from a month to a week.
• Staffed and coached team members on productivity gain strategies to accomplish delivery goals. Created robust onboarding plans for associates that allowed members to be productive in about two weeks in the project.
• Interacted with customers and clients to implement AWS designs and Micro services testing
• Addressed and resolved technical, financial, and operational concerns by working with team members and the client.
• Met with project stakeholders on regular basis to assess progress and make adjustments.

• Led, managed and developed a team of 20 people in developing AVEVA Process Simulation from 2014 to 2023
• During my tenure, the team has turned around and evolved to be a stable organization with consistent delivery, on-time delivery for last 14 releases and lowest defects, from about 35 open defects to under 5 open defects at any point of time, in its 11 year history
• The team has also evolved to provide secondary customer support, consistently deliver on continuous improvement initiatives around product delivery, create multiple innovation items around the product and publish 4 papers around the product in last 4 years
• Led, managed and developed a team of 11 people in developing AVEVA APC from 2010 to 2014
• The entire product architecture, development and testing was done by the group
• This work started with build vs buy decision by AVEVA to retire its predecessor 'Connoisseur'
• The team created multiple POCs and estimated budgets to defend the build scenario
• The legacy product team was retrained in the latest Dot Net technologies
• Multiple innovative concepts were designed into the product and particular attention was given to UI design to save project engineers time in setting up the APC system for project services
• Led, Managed and developed a team of 6 people in developing Foxboro Control and AVEVA Simulation for Triconex from 2010 to 2014, in association with AVEVA architects
• Led Innovation initiative within the business unit to create interesting applications and solutions that solves unique customer problems, through technical papers, proof of concepts and presentations
• Integral part of Hackathon initiative within the Cognizant and AVEVA community
• In client sponsored annual hackathon events, Cognizant team contribution have increased from about submission of 50 ideas to 300+ Ideas in about 5 years and 50% of the ideas that reach final stage are Cognizant ideas and win 2 of 3 prizes in the hackathon
• Considerable knowledge and practical insights into SAFe Agile in the last 10 years and consulted a number of projects in Cognizant to implement Agile properly
