As Head of Workforce, I was responsible for three areas:

• Recruitment

- Cooperating on recruitment of company's open IT roles

- Setting up IT recruitment best practices, filters and searches in available resources (internal database, Linkedin etc.)

- Leading daily stand-ups to ensure focus and right distribution of candidates on all open roles

- End-to-end IT recruiting

• Account management

- Daily communication with company's client's who we offer our services based in Slovakia, Czech republic and Austria

- Nurturing strong relationships and identifying new opportunities among existing clients

- Managing hiring process at clients, presenting suitable candidates, communicating updates and feedback, scheduling interviews and negotiating final conditions

- Scheduling and leading personal and online meetings with decision-makers

• Workforce management

- Management and communication with workforce employees, who are assigned on client's projects

- Leading BI-weekly update meetings, Q reviews, gathering feedbacks and handling issues to ensure client's and their happiness

And weekly reporting, setting up goals and targets, discussing strategies of sales and cooperating with CEO's of the company

• For almost 9 years I was a dedicated IT recruiter who worked on many different IT, mostly senior roles in Slovakia and Czech republic, yearly fulfilling recruitment plans, taking care of whole recruitment process.
• After a year I also became an Account Manager, responsible for building relationships, seeking opportunities and managing recruitment process for our clients. In the end I managed up to 15 companies in Slovakia and Czech republic.
• For the last 4 years I took a role of a Team leader, ensuring fulfillment of not only my recruitment plans, but my colleagues as well. Leading daily meetings and stand-ups to set daily tasks and goals, coaching and developing recruitment strategies for the whole company and leading new-joiners to successfully complete their early goals

• Providing financial advisory services to clients, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
• Analyzing client needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Presenting various financial products from partner institutions.
• Managing administrative tasks related to contracts and client portfolios.
